Comments: Wyong 6-2 Hellbound Lujain started 40/1 last time, flew out of gate 12 last time to lead, steamed along in front, didn't slow down and won by nearly three lengths in a time only 0.15 outside the track record (on a day when times were quick). That first up performance was in stark contrast to its only other preparation, which was moderate at best. If he runs up to that effort then he'll repeat the dose in this. Bendigo 2-9 Miss Aristocrat has run a couple of even races and gets into a field where the first starters look, on face value, to be better over longer - except for Freedman's Catbird filly, Vankedisi. With the Hayes' runner, Ana's Mail, likely to start favourite our pick might be an OK price. I was unimpressed with Ana's Mail's run last time and she would need to improve a lot to win here. Always possible in the Hayes' camp, of course.
