RESULTS - 13 April 2005

Another very acceptable day with 5 wins from 11 selections at a 100%+ profit. From Bunbury, The Gray Bear is now barred forever if it couldn't win that race and Green Grenade, who came in from 10/1 to 7/1 on track, never threatened in a poor effort. At Ipswich, Mister Raw should be called Mister Poor after that effort. At Sandown, Perpugilliam was an appalling effort. I doubt her prospects are too sound going forward. Our 2 from 2 at Strathalbyn was a $30+ all up and we had a couple of good results at Warwick Farm. The best winner of the day was clearly Stylish Bow from the Waterhouse stable in the 2nd at Warwick Farm. I was surprised how far back she was but she responded in terrific style and is definitely one to put in the black book, as she's up to better. Nyavirezi ran 3rd in the race but was slowly away and put in a top run. She's worth following, also.
