Change to POOMA selections

Going forward, POOMAs will focus primarily on Victorian racing with the odd selection thrown in from elsewhere if they come from very highly performing systems. I also won't be putting the statistics in anymore.

The reasons for this are simple:
  1. I want to specialise more than what I have been so far
  2. Victorian form is the most consistent overall (WA is also pretty good)
  3. As some of you may be aware, there are 'funny things' that have been going on in NSW racing this calendar year that are working against mechanical systems. Particularly at the city tracks keep your eyes open for outsiders serving it up to natural leaders or horses that don't normally go forward doing so and setting a strong pace for natural backmarkers.

I'll still include non-Victorian selections in the non-POOMA section for people that are interested. Sydney is normally a good place to bet but I'll wait until the current shenanigans are stopped.
